You will be joining CaratLane - By Tanishq as a Jewelry Consultant (Sales) at their Manimajra-Chandigarh store. Your main responsibilities will include assisting customers in choosing and purchasing jewelry, achieving sales targets, and ensuring top-notch customer service through your product knowledge and excellent communication skills. To excel in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, have prior experience in retail sales or a similar omni-retail environment, and demonstrate a strong customer service orientation. Knowledge of different types of jewelry will be advantageous. You must also be able to work effectively in a team, meet sales goals, learn quickly, and adapt to changing business needs.
