Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; certification or training in gemology (e.g., GIA, IGI) preferred. 1+ years of experience in gemstone sorting, quality control, or jewelry manufacturing. Excellent vision and attention to detail. Familiarity with gemstone types, properties, and valuation factors. Manual dexterity and precision handling small objects. Strong organizational and record-keeping skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with colored gemstones ( Semi- Precious Stone) . Use of gemological tools such as loupe, microscope, and spectroscope. Knowledge of industry grading systems (GIA, AGS, etc.). Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking.
