Key Responsibilities: Team Management: Lead, guide, and supervise the B2C e-commerce team. Monitor performance and provide regular feedback and coaching. Ensure team meets KPIs and service level agreements. Order & Fulfillment Oversight: Ensure timely and accurate processing of online orders. Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for smooth dispatch and delivery. Handle escalations and exceptions (returns, delays, wrong orders). Customer Support Coordination: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proper issue resolution. Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements. Product Listings & Updates: Coordinate with product and content teams for accurate product uploads. Ensure pricing, stock status, and descriptions are always up to date. Sales & Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly/monthly B2C sales reports. Track individual and team performance against targets. Suggest and implement strategies to increase online sales. Campaign Coordination: Support execution of online promotions, offers, and marketing campaigns. Ensure the team is aligned with seasonal campaigns and updates. Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the order-to-delivery cycle. Propose automation or improvements for better efficiency. Reporting: Generate and share timely reports with management. Provide insights on customer behavior, order trends, and team performance. Requirements: Bachelors degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field. 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations (B2C preferred). Strong leadership and communication skills. Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, etc.). Problem-solving and team-handling capabilities. Knowledge of online consumer behavior and market trends.
