Role & responsibilities 1. Customer Engagement Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their visit. Understand customer preferences and provide product recommendations. Explain features, pricing, certifications, and offers related to jewelry. 2. Sales Support Help customers with selection, trials, and billing processes. Upsell and cross-sell jewelry collections and new arrivals. 3. After-Sales Service Manage product exchanges, repairs, and return requests as per company policy. Follow up with customers for feedback and repeat visits. 4. Product Handling & Display Ensure that all jewelry is well-displayed and organized as per visual merchandising standards. Handle products carefully to avoid damage or loss. 5. Billing & Documentation Support the billing team in raising invoices and handling payments. Maintain accurate customer records and purchase history. Ensure all required documentation (like ID proofs for high-value sales) is collected. 7. Store Cleanliness & Safety Ensure the customer area and product counters are neat and sanitized. Follow showroom security guidelines while handling jewelry. 8. Team Coordination Collaborate with sales and support staff to ensure smooth store operations. Attend team meetings and training sessions as required. 9. Knowledge Building Stay updated with new collections, trends in jewelry, and product knowledge. Learn about various materials, hallmarking, and authenticity certifications.
