Job Description

Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner. Understand customer needs and recommend suitable jewelry options. Explain product features, carat weight, stone quality, pricing, and after-sales services. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest collections, trends, and precious metals/stones. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Handle billing, payment processes, and POS systems. Maintain cleanliness and visual merchandising standards of the store and display counters. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Ensure stock security, proper tagging, and inventory accuracy. Assist in stock taking and inventory audits as required. Manage customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Stay informed about competitor products and pricing.
