Retail Sales Officer

As a Sales Executive at the company, you will be responsible for selling merchandise in your section to customers by understanding their requirements, interests, and tastes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Achieving the sales target assigned to you - Conducting daily stock checks and indenting under the supervision of the SOMASP - Verifying stock and ensuring proper storage of fresh stock - Preparing stock reports - Providing excellent service to customers during the sales process - Handling customer objections effectively - Following up with customers post-sale - Influencing customers to make additional purchases - Briefing customers about the value-added services offered by Kirtilals In addition to sales responsibilities, you will also be involved in visual merchandising and display tasks including: - Displaying jewellery within counters in the specified format and maintaining it - Managing VM kits in mood windows, changing them periodically - Displaying POP material, festival VM material, or other promotional display material as required - Ensuring cleanliness and good housekeeping within the showroom The company offers benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, paid sick time, and provident fund.
