About the Role

As a Retail Sales Officer (RSO) at Mia by Tanishq, you will be the face of the brand, responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving sales at the counter, and ensuring a delightful shopping experience for every guest who walks into the store. This role focuses on retail counter sales, achieving set targets, and building strong customer relationships consistent with the brand’s premium image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products, features, and benefits.
  • Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
  • Handle retail counter sales transactions accurately, including billing and payments.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on current collections, trends, and offers.
  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage and maintain merchandise displays neatly at the sales counter.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
  • Support inventory checks and report low stock or discrepancies to the supervisor.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and target achievement.

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum Education: 12th Pass (Required)
Experience: Prior experience in retail counter sales (preferably in retail/consumer goods/jewellery) is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills .
Strong customer service orientation and sales mindset.
Basic familiarity with POS/billing systems and retail operations .Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment .Professional appearance and confident .
