JOB TITLE: Retail sales officer COMPANY: Chandi Bhandar LOCATION: Tehsil- Raipur,(balodabazar road), village - saheed hemu Kalyani ward. Second one: Tehsil- Raipur, Village - Maharshi Valmiki ward, Telibandha Chowk petrol pump,GE Road. JOB PURPOSE: To deliver excellent customer service and drive sales of silver jewellery by understanding customer needs, explaining product details, and maintaining high service standards at Chandi Bhandar. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- * Greet and assist customers in selecting silver jewellery. * Explain silver purity (925), weight, making charges, pricing, and care instructions. * Promote Chandi Bhandars designs, collections, and offers. * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. * Maintain neat displays and showroom cleanliness. * Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection. * Ensure proper handling, safety, and accountability of silver jewellery stock. * Maintain sales records and assist in stock audits. * Build strong customer relationships for repeat business. * Address customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service politely. * Follow company policies, SOPs, and security guidelines. REQUIRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES: * Good communication and customer-handling skills. * Knowledge of silver jewellery and current fashion trends. * Sales and convincing ability * Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented. * Willingness to work on weekends and during festivals. QUALIFICATIONS:- * Minimum 10+2 / Graduate * Experience in silver jewellery / retail sales preferred. * Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
