Ahmedabad, Gujarat Jamnagar, Gujarat Indore, Madhya Pradesh Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh Mira Road, Mumbai Key Responsibilities - Plan retail KPI’s for achieving AOP Overlook achievement of GSS number and value targets, driving through store team Monitor overall store operations, including sales, staffing, training, inventory management, store upkeep, and controlling costs. Customer Management & focus on enhancing the customer experience at stores to improve satisfaction and loyalty Implementing SOP’s for VM/ Marketing at stores. Lead and manage the team effectively to ensure alignment with business objectives and high performance. Ability to handle and resolve conflicts in a constructive manner.
