Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager in Gems & Jewelry at KISNA located in Bathinda. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing customer satisfaction, providing excellent customer service, handling communication, executing store management tasks, and implementing retail loss prevention strategies. Qualifications Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills Excellent Communication skills Store Management skills Retail Loss Prevention knowledge Experience in the Gems & Jewelry industry is a plus Leadership and team management skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Industry Luxury Goods & Jewelry Employment Type Full-time
