Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Manage counter sales, showroom sales, and retail sales of jewelry products such as gold, gems, and other luxury items. Develop strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase customer satisfaction. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice on product features, benefits, and recommendations. Ensure timely completion of daily tasks including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance.
