As a Domestic Sales Head in the jewellery industry at Pukhraj Gems Exports Pvt. Ltd, your role is crucial in leading and expanding sales operations across India. With 7+ years of experience in jewellery sales (including 3+ years in a leadership role) and an MBA in Sales/Marketing or relevant field, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Develop and implement domestic sales strategies aligned with company objectives. - Set short-term and long-term sales targets for regions, zones, and individual team members. - Drive revenue growth through retail, wholesale, and B2B channels across India. Key requirements for this role include: - Minimum 7 years of experience in jewellery or luxury product sales in the Indian market. - Strong leadership and people management skills. - Excellent understanding of regional markets, consumer behavior, and channel dynamics. - Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. - Experience in managing multi-channel distribution (retail, wholesale, franchise, online preferred). - Willingness to travel extensively across India.
