Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned IT professional with 7 to 11 years of experience in Java development and Oracle database support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in application support, CI/CD implementation, and performance tuning of enterprise systems. This role requires hands-on experience with backend development, database administration, and DevOps practices.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide expert-level support for Java-based applications ensuring high performance and availability.
• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and related tools.
• Perform Oracle database administration, including installation, configuration, tuning, and backup/recovery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams.
• Monitor application and database performance and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
• Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities in accordance with ITIL or similar frameworks.
• Contribute to root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and support.
