We are looking for an experienced

Java Full Stack Developer 658

with strong hands-on expertise across multiple programming languages and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate should be proficient in building scalable, user-centric applications and capable of contributing to all stages of the software development lifecycle.

Position Overview

The role involves designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. The candidate will work across both front-end and back-end components and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure solutions aligned with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with stakeholders to understand use cases, requirements, and user challenges, ensuring user-centric solution design.
Develop and deliver software solutions using modern languages, frameworks, methodologies, and tools (Agile, CI/CD, TDD).
Analyze business requirements and define the optimal technology stack, integration approach, and deployment strategy.
Develop high-level architecture and system design outlining structure, components, and interfaces.
Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, architects, and other cross-functional teams.
Define and implement software testing strategies, guidelines, and best practices to ensure product quality.
Continuously optimize performance and enhance application efficiency; adopt new technologies to improve development processes.
Implement secure coding practices ensuring data protection through measures like encryption and anonymization.
Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks.
Develop, maintain, and enhance back-end services, APIs, and microservices using server-side technologies.
Monitor industry trends and incorporate emerging technologies to strengthen solution capabilities.

Required Experience

Practical experience in at least 2 programming languages, or advanced proficiency in 1 language.
6+ years overall IT experience.
4+ years of hands-on development experience.
