Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Developer (Java + Angular)

Experience:

Position Purpose:

Full Stack Developer

Direct Responsibilities:

Engineer solutions for complex applications within capital markets platforms.
Hands-on full stack development across UI, Middleware, APIs and SQL-based backend.
Architect highly performant and scalable applications using modern frameworks and tools.
Deliver robust software modules rapidly in an Agile environment.
Ensure implementation of data security practices and standards.
Adopt software development best practices including TDD and code reviews.
Provide L3 support working closely with the Production Support team.
Manage day-to-day activities, ensuring high-quality delivery from offshore teams.
Collaborate effectively with Onshore and Offshore stakeholders.

Technical Skills:

Frontend

Angular, RxJS
TypeScript / JavaScript
CSS knowledge is an added advantage

Backend

Java (Ideally up to Java 17)
Spring Boot / Microservices
SQL (queries, indexing, database concepts)
Jenkins / CI/CD tools (good to have)
Understanding of basic algorithms and performance optimization

Behavioral Skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and quality
Action and delivery-oriented mindset
Strong decision-making capability
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Qualification

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / IT / related field
5+ years of development experience in a similar role
