Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site IT ZOHO Expert role based in Surat. The selected candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing ZOHO applications to meet organizational requirements. Daily tasks include system configuration, customization, and maintenance; troubleshooting technical issues; ensuring system security and performance; and collaborating with various teams to streamline operations and optimize workflows using ZOHO solutions. The role will require providing IT support, managing system updates, and enhancing organizational technological efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to assess, troubleshoot, and improve business processes and IT systems.
• Proficiency in Information Technology and IT Operations, including a deep understanding of ZOHO applications and their functionalities.
• Experience in Information Security and Network Security to safeguard data and maintain systems' integrity.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of digital transformation strategies and experience in process automation is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.

CTC Range: ₹ 3.0 – 4.0 LPA (Based on skills & experience)
