NOTE: ONLY APPLY IF YOU CAN DO MANUAL HAND DESIGNING/SKETCHING ‼️We are looking for a Manual Jewelry Designer who designs by hand, not on software. Job Summary:We are seeking a talented and detail oriented Manual Jewelry Designer with at least 1 years of experience in creating innovative, hand-sketched jewelry designs. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of aesthetics, creativity, and knowledge of jewelry manufacturing processes, materials, and trends. Key Responsibilities:Clear understanding of jewelry forms, proportions, and detailing through manual drawingCreate hand-drawn jewelry sketches (rings, necklaces, bangles, earrings, etc.) based on design briefs and client requirements.Develop innovative design concepts that align with brand identity and current market trends.Collaborate closely with designers, model makers, and production teams to ensure design feasibility. Select appropriate stones, metals, and materials for each design.Maintain a design library and portfolio of all manual sketches and concepts.Modify and refine existing designs based on feedback from the design head or clients.Stay updated with market trends, jewelry styles, and fashion developments.Ensure designs meet quality, proportion, and craftsmanship standards. Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong experience in hand-sketching jewelry designsAbility to design using raw hand skills (digital pens, paper and pencil)Can sketch ideas anytime, anywhere without using CAD or design softwareDiploma or Degree in Jewelry Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.Minimum 1 years of experience in manual jewelry designing.Strong hand-sketching and illustration skills using pencils, markers, or watercolor.Good understanding of stones, settings, metal types, and jewelry manufacturing processes.Excellent sense of proportion, symmetry, and detailing.Ability to visualize designs in 3D and translate concepts into sketches.Knowledge of Indian and international jewelry trends (Traditional, Bridal, Contemporary, etc.)Strong communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications (Optional):Experience working with luxury jewelry brands or export houses.Basic knowledge of CAD software (Rhino, Matrix, etc.) will be an added advantage.Portfolio demonstrating a variety of design styles. CTC Range: ₹ 2.0 – 2.5 LPA (Based on skills & experience)
