IT Zoho Specialist

Seeking a skilled IT Expert responsible for managing and optimizing company IT infrastructure, including device management, IT planning, and data migration, to support smooth business operations and security compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, networks, and devices within the organization.
• Oversee device management practices including provisioning, securing, monitoring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Plan and execute IT projects such as system upgrades or infrastructure expansions.
• Manage end-to-end data migration initiatives to ensure seamless transitions between systems.
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and minimize business disruptions.
• Maintain IT policies, backups, data security, and compliance documentation.
• Provide technical support to staff and coordinate with vendors for external IT services.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 2-5 years’ IT experience in infrastructure management, device management, and data migration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux environments, network protocols, security, and cloud-based tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with ability to multitask and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, ERP/CRM systems.
• Certifications like CompTIA, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified Professional advantageous.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
