Job Description

Position: IT Audit Consultants Team Leader

Experience: 6 - 8 years

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the IT Audit, Cybersecurity, and Cloud Security audit engagements, ensuring adherence to industry standards

and best practices.

Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities in IT systems, networks, and cloud infrastructures.

Design and execute comprehensive audit plans, defining objectives, scope, and methodologies tailored to each client's specific

needs.

Provide IT consulting and advisory services to clients, helping them improve their IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks. This includes offering expert advice on IT infrastructure, security protocols, cloud adoption strategies, and regulatory compliance.

Ensure the thorough documentation of audit findings, recommendations, and follow-up actions to address issues promptly and improve IT practices.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to provide insights and recommendations on IT security improvements.

Work closely with clients to understand their unique business challenges and provide tailored IT solutions that align with their goals and regulatory requirements.

Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and technologies in IT auditing, cybersecurity, cloud security, and IT advisory services,

ensuring that clients receive cutting-edge solutions.

Mentor and guide team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team, ensuring high standards of service delivery.

Ensure effective communication with clients and stakeholders throughout the audit and advisory processes.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget while maintaining high-

quality standards.

Instrumental in establishing and maintaining best practices for monitoring and optimizing the quality review process.

Brainstorm with the team to implement innovative control measures.

Design and document information security policies, incidents, problem resolutions and operation procedures.

Conduct internal risk assessments of corporate policies, I.T. systems, and access controls.

Required Knowledge Skills

The Incumbent would be required to lead a Team of Information security/IT Auditors/Network Security professionals

Would be a People manager, having experience of handling Large Team of Security Consultants/professionals

Sound knowledge of operating system, databases network security and IT audits.

Experience in IT audit, risk, control, development, review of IS policies procedures.

Knowledge of IT operational process, Incident Management Risk Assessment.

Experience in team supervision and project management.

Proven experience in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of IT governance frameworks, risk management practices, and compliance requirements.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Strong Interpersonal skills to interact in team environment and foster client relationships

Good verbal written communication skills

Proficiency in office tools is required

Ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.

Educational Professional Credentials

Essential: CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSK, ISO 27001

Preferred with CA/MBA-IT/BSc- IT/BE - Computers, Electronics

Experience in related field of IT audits in a professional service firm or corporate audit department

Added advantage: professional certifications including Microsoft, Oracle, System administration,
