Urgent Hiring | Data Analyst GIS

About the Role

Data Analyst GIS

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop efficient data integration pipelines and workflows.
Utilize tools such as
FME, ArcGIS, SQL, and Python
for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity by identifying and resolving data risks.
Automate data processes to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual tasks.
Deliver data-driven insights and visualizations to support business and strategic decisions.
Collaborate with Software Engineering, Product Management, and other cross-functional teams to solve data-related challenges.
Optimize data validation, analytics, and monitoring tools to improve reporting and performance tracking.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Bachelors in Geoinformatics / B.E. / B.Tech.
Masters in Geoinformatics preferred.

Experience:
2 to 8 years in GIS data analytics or related domains.

Technical Skills

Strong experience with
ArcGIS, FME, SQL, Python, and QGIS.
Understanding of spatial data formats (Oracle, GeoJSON, FGDB).
Ability to develop custom data solutions beyond standard tools.
Experience with
SQL and Python scripting.
Proficiency in
Tableau
dashboards and analytical tools like
R
or
SAS.

Soft Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Capability to mentor and support junior team members.

Preferred Skills

Experience with
machine learning tools
for data analysis and anomaly detection.
Expertise in
data visualization and dashboards
using Tableau.
Advanced use of
spatial analysis tools
such as FME and ArcGIS.
