Job description
Role & responsibilities
-Provide Leadership for the daily Operations of the services desk
-Daily teams meeting about Activities, plant updates, Team performances and plant related
queries.
-Mentoring team members on technical issues.
-Maintaining SLA (service level agreement) consistently
-Coordinate Outside party for Implementation of new system requirement
-Provide IT Administrative support on Operation Systems (OS) of Computer servers,
desktops, laptops, industrial PCs and Handheld devices etc
-Respond to end-user requests for updates on ticket status and promptly follow up as
needed.
-Manage the ticket queue in MITS Software and ensure tickets are resolved and closed
within the defined service level agreement
-Team Handling & Building Healthy Atmosphere for Increasing Productivity
Skill Information
-Leadership and operation, Team leading, verbal and written communication skill, project
leading, Problem-solving skills, Vendor Management, inventory Management, IT services
Implementation.
-Desktop support, Service Desk, Troubleshooting, IMAC, System Testing, System
Installation, Software installation, Active Directory.
-Technical support for desktop, server, and networking issues, Operating System, Windows
OS & Server OS, Linux, Ubuntu, and Chrome OS.
-Installation of Networking Components. (LAN/WAN/IP Addressing) Maintain & troubleshoot
network, Network setup Including Networking cables & connectors. Network management,
Network protocols and DHCP, DNS.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with Minimum 5 Years of experience in Team Handling.
