Company Description Jupyter Analytica is a fast-growing performance-marketing agency that blends data, AI, and advanced analytics to help e-commerce, SaaS, and technology brands scale profitably. As our client roster and our own internal tech stack grows quickly, we need a hands-on IT professional who can keep our cloud environment, email infrastructure and security posture running efficiently. Role Description You’ll own the day-to-day administration of our Microsoft 365 tenant, Exchange Online, domains/DNS, basic network services, and security/compliance tooling. On top of core IT responsibilities, you’ll partner with our Growth team to ensure outbound-email platforms (e.g., Apollo, HubSpot, LinkedIn outreach add-ons) are technically sound, deliverability-optimised, and compliant. This is a high-impact role for someone who loves wearing several IT hats and proactively tightening up systems before issues arise. Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online • User / group / licence lifecycle • Conditional Access, MFA, and Intune policies • Shared mailboxes, resource calendars, transport rules • Retention & e-Discovery configuration DNS & Domain Management • Maintain DNS zones (A, CNAME, TXT, MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) • Coordinate new domain registrations & renewals • Implement subdomains or aliases for marketing campaigns Email Deliverability & Outreach Tools • Integrate/maintain Apollo, HubSpot, and similar tools with Microsoft 365 • Monitor sender reputation, bounce rates, and block-lists • Tune throttling, warm-up schedules, and custom tracking domains for outreach campaigns Qualifications • 3–5 years in Microsoft 365 / Azure AD or Exchange administration (hybrid or cloud-only environments). • Strong DNS fundamentals and familiarity with domain registrars (Cloudflare, GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.). • Experience configuring SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and troubleshooting email-delivery issues. • Familiarity with outbound-email platforms (Apollo, Outreach, HubSpot, Mailgun, SendGrid) and their API/webhook integrations. • Excellent documentation habits and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.
