It Support Intern

Location: Hyderabad

Internship Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Duration: 3-6 Months

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility: Freshers / Final Year Students

Basic Roles & Responsibilities

Provide basic technical support for desktops & laptops

Assist in installation and configuration of operating systems and software

Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues

Support users with login issues, email configuration, and system access

Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory and documentation

Help in antivirus updates, data backup, and basic security checks

Coordinate with the IT team for resolving technical issues

Ensure compliance with IT policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Maintain proper records of support tickets and issues

Required Skills (Basic Level)

Basic knowledge of Computer Hardware & Windows OS

Fundamentals of Networking (LAN, IP, Internet connectivity)

Basic understanding of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Willingness to learn and strong problem-solving skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Positive attitude and readiness to work in shifts, if required

Educational Qualification

Any Degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Freshers are encouraged to apply
