It Support Intern

Role & responsibilities

Resolve IT support requests from employees and provide technical assistance.

Answer employee questions regarding computer systems and software.

Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems.

Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues.

Generate sign-ins and accounts for new hires during the onboarding process.

Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed.

Update employees on the status of their service requests.

Log all service requests and update tickets as required.

Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, projectors,
and Smart TVs.

Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity problems.

Assist in setting up and managing meeting room equipment, including Smart TVs
and video conferencing systems.

Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements of
hardware.

Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, office productivity software, and networking
concepts.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, printers, projectors, Wi-Fi,
and network issues.

Working Conditions:

- On-site presence required to resolve issues.
