Assisting with preparing paperwork for new hires, coordinating orientation programs, and handling necessary documentation for departing employees.
Maintaining and updating employee records and databases, filing HR documents, and managing general administrative duties for the department.
Helping to organize and plan HR events, such as employee engagement activities and wellness programs.
Assisting in gathering data for payroll and benefits administration, and helping to compile reports and communications.
Supporting the drafting and updating of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.
Responding to staff inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and employees.
Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and maintain accurate records.
The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating documents, reports, and managing data.
A personable approach to dealing with people and working effectively in a team environment.
