Human Resource Intern

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build hands-on experience in talent acquisition, especially in the tech domain. You will assist the HR team in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews across various technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in understanding hiring requirements for different roles, especially tech positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes to identify suitable applicants based on job criteria.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate tracking sheets and recruitment dashboards.
• Communicate with candidates professionally via email, phone, and messaging platforms.
• Support employer branding and other HR activities as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or equivalent).
• Basic understanding of HR functions and interest in recruitment.
• Knowledge of tech roles, skills, and technologies (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Familiarity with MS Office tools and online recruitment platforms.
