Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, coordination)
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain HR records and attendance data
  • Assist in employee engagement activities
  • Coordinate with managers and employees on daily HR tasks
  • Support payroll and compliance documentation as required

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or completed graduation/post-graduation in HR or related field
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office
  • Eager to learn and take initiative
