Job Title: Human Resource & Sales Intern

Stipend Offered: 10,000-15000(Monthly)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment activities such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
• Support in conducting new hire orientations and onboarding processes.
• Help maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
• Handle general HR administrative tasks under the guidance of senior HR personnel.
• Engage with potential customers through calls, site visits, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and benefits confidently.
• Build relationships and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Coordinate with the sales team, developers, and internal departments.
• Participate in marketing activities, property events, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain records of leads, conversations, and conversions in CRM tools.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Skills Required:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
• Prior internship or coursework in HR is a plus but not mandatory.
• Ability to commit to the full tenure of the internship (3 months) and adhere to office timings.
