Role & responsibilities Onboarding & Offboarding: Assisting with preparing paperwork for new hires, coordinating orientation programs, and handling necessary documentation for departing employees. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining and updating employee records and databases, filing HR documents, and managing general administrative duties for the department. Employee Engagement: Helping to organize and plan HR events, such as employee engagement activities and wellness programs. Data & Reporting: Assisting in gathering data for payroll and benefits administration, and helping to compile reports and communications. Policy & Compliance: Supporting the drafting and updating of HR policies, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Employee Relations: Responding to staff inquiries about HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with candidates and employees. Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to manage various tasks and maintain accurate records. Role & responsibilities Resolve IT support requests from employees and provide technical assistance. Answer employee questions regarding computer systems and software. Gather and analyze data to diagnose problems with computer systems. Change configurations, settings, and permissions to fix computer issues. Generate sign-ins and accounts for new hires during the onboarding process. Install new software and hardware drivers and update existing ones as needed. Update employees on the status of their service requests. Log all service requests and update tickets as required. Provide support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, projectors, and Smart TVs. Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including Wi-Fi connectivity problems. Assist in setting up and managing meeting room equipment, including Smart TVs and video conferencing systems. Monitor and maintain IT inventory, ensuring timely upgrades or replacements of hardware. Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices. Preferred candidate profile Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, office productivity software, and networking concepts. Good problem-solving and communication skills. Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, printers, projectors, Wi-Fi, and network issues. Working Conditions: - On-site presence required to resolve issues.
