IT Infrastructure professionals (Fresher/Intern/Junior Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
• Support

  LAN/WAN networks

  switches, routers, firewalls, and connectivity issues.
• Perform

  Windows system administration

  OS installation, updates, user management.
• Assist in

  network monitoring, patching, and system health checks

  .
• Provide

  end-user technical support

  and resolve IT queries.
• Maintain documentation and IT asset records.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Graduate in IT/Computer Science/Electronics (Freshers or up to 3 years of experience).
• Knowledge/certification in

  Windows Administration (MCSA/related)

  and/or

  CCNA

  .
• Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and routing basics.
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.
