Desktop System Engineer

About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a Desktop System Engineer to support our IT operations by managing end-user systems, ensuring optimal workstation performance, and delivering high-quality technical support. This role is critical in maintaining productivity, security, and system availability across the organization.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Mac/Linux desktops and laptops.
• Provide Level 1 & 2 support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Manage user accounts and permissions via Active Directory and Office 365.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
• Maintain security controls, antivirus, patch management, and encryption.
• Support remote access tools (RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Escalate complex incidents to senior IT or vendor support.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of experience in desktop/system support.
• Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Office 365, and basic Linux.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Certifications like CompTIA A+, Microsoft Modern Desktop Admin, ITIL (preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

Server & Networking EngineerAbout the Opportunity:

We are looking for a Server & Networking Engineer to manage, secure, and optimize our IT infrastructure, including servers, virtualization, and networking equipment. This role ensures high availability, performance, and scalability of IT services across the organization.

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
• Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy.
• Manage virtualisation platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).
• Design, configure, and support LAN/WAN, VLANs, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, SolarWinds, PRTG).
• Ensure system backups, patching, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Troubleshoot network/server performance issues (L2/L3).
• Maintain compliance with IT security frameworks (ISO, NIST).
• Document IT infrastructure and changes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Networking, or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in server and network administration.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, and firewalls.
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Linux Server, and virtualization.
• Certifications like CCNA/CCNP, MCSA/MCSE, RHCSA, VMware VCP (preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
