Key Responsibilities:
Promote Tech Guru IT Solutions’ website and update customers about our
store.
Clearly explain our product range to customers and highlight that we deal only in
IT products (laptops, desktops, servers, networking devices, licensed software,
etc.).
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into sales.
Answer customer queries in a professional manner and share product
knowledge.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
Provide daily reporting and sales updates to the management team.
Required Skills:
Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).
Confident and persuasive personality.
Basic understanding of IT products (training will be provided).
Ability to handle customer interactions and achieve sales targets.
