Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop and manage weekly and monthly content calendars for company brands.
• Create engaging content including posts, stories, reels, blogs, videos, and infographics.
• Monitor and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other tools to optimize campaigns.
• Run and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in drafting and distributing press releases, newsletters, and media alerts.
• Support marketing activities at live events and online campaigns.
• Keep up with social media trends, competitor strategies, and audience behavior to generate fresh ideas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team
• Engage with the online community, respond to queries, and improve brand reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven 1–2 years of experience as a Social Media Executive or in a similar role.
• In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Pinterest.
• Hands-on experience with social media analytics tools.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or other design/editing software.
• Strong creative writing, communication, and copywriting skills.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing fundamentals is a plus.
