Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Assist employees with system configuration, setup, and basic troubleshooting for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Install and configure operating systems, software, and applications as per organizational requirements.
Provide support for email setup, VPN, remote access tools, and internal network connectivity.
Manage and maintain inventory of IT assets including laptops, desktops, and accessories.
Coordinate with the central IT team or vendors for escalated issues and hardware replacements.
Ensure timely setup of systems for new joiners and collection of devices during exit formalities.
Maintain records of issues reported, resolutions provided, and system configurations.
Perform routine maintenance checks, updates, and ensure systems comply with IT security policies.
Provide on-site support for video conferencing, meetings, and network connectivity as needed.
Ensure backup procedures and antivirus installations are in place and updated.
