Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and skilled IT Support Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT support and troubleshooting. The candidate will be responsible for providing end-user technical assistance, resolving IT issues, managing IT assets, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers.
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of operating systems (Windows/Linux/Mac OS).
Configure and troubleshoot Wi-Fi, LAN, VPN, and basic networking issues.
Handle printer configuration, driver installation, and troubleshooting.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot software applications and security tools.
Assist users with account setup, access management, and password resets.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or vendors.
Provide support for Mac devices used within the organization.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures.
Support during IT audits, onboarding of new employees, and exit procedures.
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, and warranty claims.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of IT support experience.
Good understanding of basic networking (LAN/Wi-Fi/VPN).
Good communication

Good to Have

Exposure to Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace.
Knowledge of Intune or other MDM solutions.
