Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops,

printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software

updates.

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).

  • Handle user account creation, password resets, and access management (AD,

M365, etc.).

  • Support email systems, VPN, MDM, and collaboration tools.

  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or vendors.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

  • Ensure timely backup, antivirus updates, and patch management.

  • Assist in implementation of IT policies, security guidelines, and compliance

requirements.

  • Support IT infrastructure projects (firewall, servers, switches, cloud services,

etc.).

  • Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and common applications.

  • Good understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall basics).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration.

  • Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
