Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide first-level and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops,

printers, and other IT equipment.

Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and software

updates.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain network connectivity (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
Handle user account creation, password resets, and access management (AD,

M365, etc.).

Support email systems, VPN, MDM, and collaboration tools.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams or vendors.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Ensure timely backup, antivirus updates, and patch management.
Assist in implementation of IT policies, security guidelines, and compliance

requirements.

Support IT infrastructure projects (firewall, servers, switches, cloud services,

etc.).

Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, MS Office, and common applications.
Good understanding of networking (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Firewall basics).
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
