Proven hands-on experience in troubleshooting Windows 10 and 11 environments.
• Strong expertise in administering Active Directory and Entra ID.
• Proficient in managing users, groups, and permissions in a hybrid IT environment.
• Experience in administering Windows Server and Microsoft 365 platforms.
• Solid understanding and experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
• Ability to create, manage, and troubleshoot Azure resources effectively.
• Working knowledge of core Azure services, including:
• Compute
• Storage
• Networking
• Security
• Proficiency in managing Azure Virtual Machines (creation, start/stop, troubleshooting).
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) in Azure.
• Understanding of Azure networking concepts such as Virtual Networks (VNETs) and
Virtual WAN.
• Exposure to Azure DevOps and Azure API Management services.
• Strong foundational knowledge of networking concepts and devices:
• DNS
• TCP/IP
• Network protocols
• Firewalls
• Switches
• Awareness of enterprise-grade information security practices, including:
• Principle of least privilege
