Role & responsibilities

Ability to drive engagements in the assessment of technology for organizations - IT Strategy, IT operating model, Enterprise Architecture, IT capabilities maturity assessment, IT processes re-engineering, Application rationalization, and IT organization as the sole point of contact

Providing IT function performance and cost reviews; benchmarking against best practices. Running IT organization development and transformation. Aligning Business with IT strategy & planning by building effective IT Governance frameworks•
Focus on providing IT Transformation advisory, design and drive organizational change by formulating detailed use cases for how an organization can achieve its business goals by using IT•

Range of services include delivery of client engagements

IT Strategy & Target Operating Model•
Agile & DevOps Assessment/Transformation/Strategy•
Enterprise Architecture•
Digital IT Transformation•
IT Organizational Design•
IT Cost Optimization•
Application Portfolio Rationalization•
Emerging Technology Strategy (eg: Generative AI)•
Business Requirements Gathering & Documentation•
Process Mapping and Gap Analysis•
Proficient in preparing C-suite level Decks, Reports and Excel frameworks•
Certifications such as SAFe, Ardoq, TOGAF 9, COBIT 2019, ITIL
Good to have an understanding of generative AI and ability to create generative AI use cases and/or PoCs
