Call on 7738402343 / 9716527088 send cv on divyani@contactxindia.com / piyush@contactxindia.com Role & responsibilities Location - Bangalore / Pune / Noida Level - Acon, Con, AM JD for OTL Skills - Experience with the business processes in Oracle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Time and Labor - Understanding of integration points between Cloud Time and Labor with other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence, Payroll etc.) - Understanding of detailed OTL configuration flow and structure. - Knowledge on Work shifts, Work schedules - Expertise in Payroll and Project Time Card configuration including Time Repository Rules. - Ability to configure Time Entry and Calculation Rules, Web Clock and Time Device Configuration etc. - Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, including time entry and time calculation Fast formulas JD for Payroll- Skills - Experience with the business processes in O racle HCM modules, particularly good knowledge on Oracle Fusion Payroll - Understanding of integration points between Cloud Payroll and other Oracle HCM Cloud modules (Absence, Benefits, Compensation, T&L). - Understanding of US payroll processing rules (preferably with locations in multiple states) - Expertise in payroll processing, year-end processing, delivered interfaces - Ability to configure Payroll including elements, balances, payroll flows and create functional designs for payroll interfaces - Hands on experience in writing fast formulas, especially Payroll is preferred. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple task on assignments. - Strong written and oral communication skills, including presentation skills. - Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment. - Ability to work well in a team environment.
