Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Order to Cash Subject Matter Expert with 5-10 years of experience to join our team at Exxon Mobil Corporation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in order to cash processes and be able to provide expert guidance on the subject.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs in the order to cash function.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve issues related to orders, invoices, and payments.
Provide training and support to employees on order to cash processes and procedures.
Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement in the order to cash function.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to order to cash processes.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with order to cash processes.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training programs are an asset.
Minimum 5 years of experience in order to cash or a related field, with expertise in order management, invoice processing, and payment reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of order to cash processes, including sales order creation, invoice generation, and payment execution.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
