- Adopt a role as local SAP4HANA contact who works together with a Germany-based ERP-team
- Monitoring of day-to-day business procedures and advise how to transform these in SAP4HANA workflows
- Analysis, conception and collaboration with the Germany-based SAP4HANA-team to improve the ERP-system
- Documentation of procedures and monitor if these procedures are adapted
- Support of users
- Excellent teamworking skills, including cultural adaptability and understanding for other cultures.
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks to achieve a predefined result in time with high quality standards.
- Flexibility to work on various challenges with focus on programming reliable solutions.
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Ability to transfer work procedures into trainings and execute trainings for participants in English and / or Hindi
- Good knowledge of presentation media (e. g. Microsoft PowerPoint) and training platforms
- Excellent understanding of business processes and how your work can make a positive impact on our business.
