Conduct company-wide access audits and document all critical touchpoints (AWS, GitHub, Bitrix24, real estate portal integrations, Slack, etc.).
Design and implement Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across all systems.
Set up and manage secure credential vaults (Bitwarden / 1Password) with strict storage and access policies.
Configure, enforce, and maintain VPN or Zero-Trust Network Access (Cloudflare Teams, Tailscale) to restrict access to company-issued devices.
Oversee API token lifecycle management (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle, WhatsApp APIs) including secure storage, rotation, and revocation.
Monitor and respond to unauthorized access attempts, token misuse, or suspicious activity through log analysis and real-time monitoring (ELK stack, CloudWatch, Sentry).
Draft and maintain security SOPs including onboarding/offboarding checklists, API access control, incident response, and disaster recovery plans.

RequirementsMust-Have Skills

1-3 years of proven experience in IT infrastructure, system administration, or IT security.
Hands-on expertise in configuring VPNs / Zero-Trust networks and MDM solutions.
Strong knowledge of AWS IAM, cloud security, and audit logging.
Familiarity with API security and token management.
Proficiency in Windows/Linux administration and endpoint security.
Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, TCP/IP, DNS, routing).
Experience with SIEM tools, monitoring solutions, and log management.

Preferred Skills

Experience with CRM systems.
Familiarity with DevOps tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, CI/CD).
Knowledge of data privacy laws (GDPR, UAE compliance).

Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CCSP, AWS Security Specialty will be a strong plus.
