We are looking for a hands-on IT Security & Infrastructure Engineer to manage and support our end-to-end IT environment with a strong focus on Microsoft security solutions. The role involves L1/L2/L3 support, security implementation, and direct interaction with clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring secure, stable, and compliant IT operations, while also supporting business growth and technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2/L3 IT support for end users (hardware, OS, network, M365).
• Implement, manage, and support Microsoft security solutions:
• Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Microsoft Intune
• Microsoft Defender (Endpoint, Office 365)
• Manage user identities, access controls, MFA, and Conditional Access policies.
• Monitor endpoint security, device compliance, patching, and antivirus/EDR.
• Support email security, data protection, and basic DLP configurations.
• Handle incident troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and escalation.
• Coordinate with vendors and OEMs (Microsoft, ISP, security partners).
• Assist in IT security policy implementation and compliance activities.
• Support onboarding/offboarding of users and devices.
• Maintain IT documentation, SOPs, and asset records.
• Act as an escalation point for critical IT and security issues.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in IT support / system administration / security operations.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft security tools:
• Entra ID (Azure AD)
• Intune
• Microsoft Defender
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
• Good understanding of endpoint security, MFA, DLP, and access control.
• Experience handling L1/L2/L3 tickets and escalations.
• Exposure to client-facing and vendor coordination activities.
• Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls).
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,992.74 - ₹40,326.26 per month
