The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of hardware and software. What you will be doing: Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, using remote support tools and in-person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices. Manage and maintain software installations. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Document and track issues using the company's ticketing system. Providing IT Trainings for employees, including new joiner IT Inductions Collaborate with other IT team members. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems. Familiarity with the software: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards. Meticulous and able to multi-task in a challenging environment.
