The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees, ensuring smooth operation of our IT systems, and assisting with the setup and maintenance of hardware and software. What you will be doing: Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, using remote support tools and in-person Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues. Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices. Manage and maintain software installations. Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures. Document and track issues using the company's ticketing system. Providing IT Trainings for employees, including new joiner IT Inductions Collaborate with other IT team members. Required Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar IT support role. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems. Familiarity with the software: Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards. Meticulous and able to multi-task in a challenging environment. Good English and effective communication skills Inquisitive and keen to learn. Demonstrates initiative and current IT knowledge. Looking for someone who can start ASAP preferably. Work Arrangement Location: Pune, India (On-site role). Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time (12PM-9PM IST). Note hours may change with daylight saving changes. As the team is Global, there may occasionally be the need to support issues arising in start of Canada/ US Day.
