Basic QA Skills – SDLC, Creation of test scenarios/test cases/test data, Defect management, collaboration with other teams, Tools (ALM/JIRA/SoapUI etc.)

Basic BA Skills – Requirements gathering/analysis, impact/gap analysis, stakeholder management etc.
