Key Responsibilities: - Drive sales of Tally ERP solutions and IT products to meet and exceed revenue targets. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. - Understand client business requirements and propose tailored ERP solutions to address their needs. - Lead, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve collective and individual goals. - Prepare detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations using MS Office and Excel. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications and Skills: - A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT sales , with a strong focus on Tally ERP solutions. - A bachelor’s degree or an MBA in marketing is preferred. - Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Proven team management experience with the ability to motivate and lead a team. - Strong understanding of business processes and client relationship management. - Must be willing to work full-time from the office in Gurgaon, Sector 49.
