IT Sales Manager

The primary responsibility in this role is to drive sales of Tally ERP solutions and IT products to achieve or exceed revenue targets. You will be expected to develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new clients while also maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. Understanding client business requirements and recommending customized ERP solutions to meet their needs will be a crucial aspect of your job. Additionally, you will lead, mentor, and oversee a sales team to ensure both collective and individual goals are met. Your role will involve preparing detailed sales forecasts, reports, and presentations using MS Office and Excel. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be necessary to guarantee smooth client onboarding and satisfaction. It will also be essential to stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify and capitalize on new opportunities. To excel in this position, you should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT sales, with a specific focus on Tally ERP solutions. A bachelor's degree or an MBA in marketing is preferred.
