Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement effective marketing and sales strategies for international markets in the IT services domain.
  • Identify and pursue high-value opportunities across geographies
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Building
  • Drive high-quality lead generation through multiple channels (digital campaigns, outbound prospecting, referrals, partnerships, events).
  • Leverage tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and ZoomInfo to target CXOs, Founders, and Product Heads.
  • Build a predictable and scalable sales pipeline.
  • International Sales Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end international sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
  • Ensure strong lead-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-closure conversion rates.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build long-term, trust-based relationships with international clients.
  • Provide consultative, value-driven solutions aligned with client business needs.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams
  • Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to align proposals, presentations, and project scoping with client expectations.
  • Contribute to brand positioning in international markets.
  • Market Intelligence
  • Monitor global IT industry trends, competitor offerings, and evolving customer demands.
  • Provide insights to refine go-to-market strategies.


Key Requirements:


  • 10+ years of proven B2B International Sales experience in IT services.
  • Strong expertise in sales strategies, lead generation, and international sales execution.
  • Demonstrated success in selling SAP, Web and Mobile App development projects and support services to global clients.
  • Hands-on experience with Sales/CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently manage targets and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Readiness to travel internationally for client meetings, networking, and events.


Preferred


  • Familiarity with digital marketing strategies that support global sales.
  • Strong international client database with proven closures.
  • Exposure to SAP, BTP, AI, or emerging IT solutions.
