Job Description

Position: SAP Transport Request (TR) Lead Experience Required: 8 to 12 Years Location: PAN India (Remote) Job Description: We are looking for a skilled SAP Transport Request (TR) Lead with relevant experience in SAP S/4HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the SAP Transport Management process across landscapes, ensuring smooth configuration migration, and playing a pivotal role in the delivery of complex SAP projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the SAP Transport Request management process during S/4HANA implementations. Collaborate with functional and technical teams to manage transport paths, dependencies, and sequencing across development, quality, and production environments. Understand and translate project requirements into effective transport and deployment strategies. Prepare Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for configuration and deployment tasks. Ensure effective configuration and deployment processes in line with project timelines. Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by managing transport readiness and issue resolution. Coordinate and execute project Go-Live preparation activities, ensuring timely and error-free deployment. Maintain compliance with change management and SAP Solution Manager standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: 8 to 12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Transport Management in SAP S/4HANA environments. Strong understanding of transport layer concepts, CTS/CTS+, and SAP change management processes. Proven ability in FSD creation and technical documentation. Experience in configuration coordination and SAP landscape management. Deep involvement in SIT/UAT cycles and issue remediation related to transports. Track record of successful Go-Live deployments and post-go-live support. Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Show more Show less
